Watercoloring Santa Fe Oldest Church in the US

I was able to work on this painting today while subbing at school. The fifth graders are so well behaved. I enjoy each moment I get to spend with them...even when we had to do word problems. :)
I know just what will be happening with this particular painting when it's completely done. Hope you find some time to get your craft on.

Runway Inspired Challenge #77

Look at this inspiration picture. I love this dress!

Here's where that inspiration took me for the

Scrapbook Steals Daffodil 1 Sketch

I used the Scrapbook Steals Daffodil #1 Sketch for this layout. I'm still going to add some journaling strips to the upper left of the layout but I want to take my time on that as we near the anniversary of Isaiah's birth. The hospital has boxes that are painted by local artists and donated to hold remains or personal effects of those we lose.
Travis built the other box for Isaiah to be laid to rest in. I painted it and added his name.

Having to be induced to have my baby at 16 weeks along was one of the hardest things I've ever been through. I know others that have had many losses and my heart hurts for them. I gain strength through my knowledge of our Heavenly Father's plan for us.

Make it meaningful. I

Stamping Bella Arthur and Annie Love with Simple Stories

Cute Card Thursday Challenge #359 is Crazy In Love. Feel free to play along!
I used Annie and Arthur stamps from Stamping Bella. They're such cuties.
I also used paper from Simple Stories Good Day Sunshine collection.
Made a little book page flower by punching a bunch of scalloped flowers in a few sizes and putting them together with a brad.

I colored the images with my alcohol markers and the heart stamps are from Sweet Stamp Shop.
Have a super sweet day!
Stay crafty.

Water Color Flowers

Just having some fun painting. When this is dry I'll have to go back in and add some more detail. I love the loose wash of this. Time to create!

Paper Smooches Sparks Challenge

Last week Paper Smooches had a great sketch challenge. I planned on entering that challenge but alas SOMEHOW I completely missed that the deadline was Sunday night. Ugh. THANKFULLY Paper Smooches is awesome and they have an ANYTHING GOES challenge this week. How awesome.

I used the Falling For You stamp set for the monster and senitment.
I've had these acrylic squares FOREVER. Honestly,  probably ten years plus. I've decided that my old stash has got to be used up and I'm in love with how it came together with the Paper Smooches stamps. I know that the adhesive behind the acrylic is not perfectly even but I'm okay with that. I don't think that it detracts from the cuteness.

I colored in the Monster with my Design Ad/Prisma markers and Copics
Here's hoping your days are crafty!
